TL;DR
Account Specialist, Growth (SaaS): Responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of high-volume transactional customers by articulating the value of hirify.global and creating strong relationships with inbound clients. Focus on providing best practice guidance on using the platform and identifying upsell opportunities to expand the customer base.
Location: Remote (United States | Canada), expected to work from hirify.global’s downtown Toronto/Austin office on a full-time basis (3-5 days/week).
Salary: USA-based roles only: between $60,000 USD and $81,000 USD. Canada-based roles only: between $55,000 CAD and $75,000 CAD and is commission-eligible

What you will do
- Oversee a portfolio of clients, supporting users and prospects by understanding their goals and resolving pain points with solutions.
- Qualify leads, understand their business requirements, and manage the entire deal cycle from discovery through close.
- Proactively engage clients to assess customer experience and current usage of product, and identify upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely deal closures and share client feedback to support business goals and raise client satisfaction.
- Monitor metrics and KPIs and take action on any trends observed.
- Utilize Salesforce to accurately manage, track, and report sales activities and results.
Requirements
- 1+ years in a Sales, Account management, Customer success, or related role preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Proven ability to effectively manage a pipeline with consistent performance against various sales metrics.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and demands.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients to achieve sales goals.
- Strong communication skills with a demonstrated ability to articulate complex technical terms in a digestible way.
- Demonstrated experience handling a high volume of inbound customer inquiries through various channels.

- Experience with hirify.global or other password managers.
- Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight etc. or related.
