Salary: $154,000–$226,000 USD

What you will do

  • Lead and guide a team of Developer Advocates, fostering a positive, high-performance culture.
  • Contribute to defining and executing team OKRs and strategy.
  • Ensure your team ships high-quality output by removing technical and procedural roadblocks.
  • Balance management with hands-on delivery, contributing high-quality technical content (e.g., videos, talks).
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to prioritize requests.

Requirements

  • You are a former software developer, SRE, or other technical practitioner with strong technical judgment.
  • You have 2-5 years of experience managing a small team, coaching performance, and breaking down complex projects.
  • You are an experienced developer advocate, skilled at reaching software developers across multiple channels.
  • You are comfortable with at least 2 programming languages (e.g., Python, Go, Node.js, bash).
  • You are familiar with modern infrastructure such as IaaS cloud services and containers.
