What you will do

• Guide and mentor a diverse team of 4-8 software engineers, fostering career growth and high performance.
• Drive the technical roadmap in collaboration with product and support teams aligned with company objectives.
• Engage with complex technical problems and produce actionable plans.
• Contribute to code, lead design decisions, and participate in on-call rotations.
• Align technical decisions with broader business goals to drive innovation.
• Participate in engineering-wide initiatives as part of the management team.

Requirements

• Experience building developer tools, running databases, and maintaining reliable infrastructure.
• Proven leadership skills managing team dynamics, setting goals, and fostering productive environments.
• Project management capabilities to oversee multiple engineering projects.
• Excellent communication skills with team members, stakeholders, and management.
• Location: Must work hybrid from Madrid, Spain.
• English: B2 level or higher required.
