Salary: $300,000 - $400,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead large strategic programs from a technical perspective and establish architectural patterns.
• Set and communicate technical vision to customers and internal teams.
• Oversee delivery quality, conduct code reviews, and ensure technical alignment.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of engineering excellence.
• Drive innovation and develop internal methodologies for new ways of working.
• Collaborate with sales and service partners to build and own account technical vision.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States or eligible to work remotely within the US.
• Deep experience leading large-scale software development programs and transformations.
• Strong understanding of architectural patterns (Event Driven, Microservices, SOA, etc.) and cloud providers.
• Experience with full stack technologies including frontend and native mobile applications.
• Comfortable using AI technologies in software development.
• Proven leadership in product delivery and mentoring engineers.
