What you will do

• Design, build, and launch new products on hirify.global’s Android app
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to plan key features
• Work with engineers to build supporting services for the app
• Influence technical design and engineering culture
• Ship products and services in cross-functional teams
• Establish engineering processes, tools, and systems for scaling

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid in New York or San Francisco
• Currently pursuing a B.S. or higher in Computer Science or related field, graduating 2026-2028
• Proficiency in Kotlin and Android SDK/UI components
• Experience contributing to mobile apps or features with large user reach
• Strong understanding of mobile design patterns and security best practices
• Drive to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

• Experience with web apps (React, TypeScript)
• Experience with backend technologies (Python, Flask, SQL, OpenAPI)
• Familiarity with Compose, MVVM, coroutines, flows, gradle, Buildkite
• Experience managing apps in Google Play Console
