What you will do

• Build and maintain production Android applications using Kotlin.
• Integrate AI-powered features including chat, vision, voice, and recommendations via backend APIs.
• Design UX patterns for AI interactions, such as streaming responses and partial results.
• Optimize performance, memory usage, and responsiveness for AI-heavy workflows.
• Collaborate with backend and ML engineers on API contracts and system behavior.
• Ensure application stability, security, and scalability in production environments.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Android development experience using Kotlin.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI features (LLM, vision, speech APIs).
• Strong proficiency in asynchronous programming using Coroutines and Flow.
• Experience with REST or gRPC APIs and structured data formats.
• Proven track record of publishing production apps on the Google Play Store.
• Experience with MLKit or light on-device inference.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of TensorFlow Lite for on-device inference.
• Experience with SQL/noSQL databases.
