Compensation: $200K - $275K

What you will do

• Own the roadmap for hirify.global’s core product surface, including APIs, UI, and developer workflows
• Partner with design and engineering to deliver elegant, intuitive developer experiences
• Collaborate with customers to understand pain points and define solutions
• Drive new product launches and improve onboarding and management experiences
• Align product initiatives with company strategy and ensure measurable product adoption

Requirements

• 4+ years of Product Management experience in developer tools, SaaS, or ML platforms
• Engineering background (degree in Computer Science or related field)
• Deep empathy for developers and ability to translate technical complexity
• Experience driving cross-functional alignment across teams
• Proven ability to define product success metrics and iterate based on data

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI/ML workflows and inference products
• Experience building products for technical users (APIs, SDKs)
• Background in developer experience or product-led growth
