What you will do

• Ensure timely and satisfactory delivery of customer activations
• Drive continuous improvement of business processes during customer onboarding
• Collaborate closely with sales to align deployment with customer expectations
• Lead meetings and product demonstrations for stakeholders
• Perform user acceptance testing on new workflows and solutions
• Develop deep understanding of hirify.global platform functionality

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to travel within the US and Canada up to 50%
• 2-4 years experience in specialty contracting or B2B SaaS deployment
• Strong project management and multitasking skills
• Excellent English communication skills
• Experience with database management and accounting systems preferred
• Ability to work independently and in teams in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

• Experience in tech startups or software companies
• Knowledge of Quickbooks, Salesforce, Slack, Guide CX, JIRA, Confluence
• Comfortable with programming languages, especially JavaScript
