What you will do

  • Develop and own integrated demand generation strategy including ABM, lifecycle, and outbound orchestration for enterprise and strategic accounts.
  • Lead cross-functional planning with Sales, SDRs, Product Marketing, and Field Marketing to define target segments and campaign plays.
  • Architect full-funnel programs blending digital, content, events, direct mail, and outbound support to create and accelerate pipeline.
  • Design and operationalize tiered ABM programs in partnership with Sales and Marketing Ops.
  • Define customer lifecycle strategy and deploy nurture, expansion, and retention programs aligned to buyer journeys.
  • Partner with Growth, Marketing Ops, and RevOps to measure pipeline contribution, velocity, and ROI; own executive reporting.

Requirements

  • Must have 7–10+ years experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or ABM in high-growth B2B SaaS.
  • Strong track record building and scaling enterprise demand engines contributing directly to revenue growth.
  • Deep expertise in ABM strategy, campaign design, orchestration tools, and personalization.
  • Experience mapping lifecycle stages and deploying cross-channel programs to increase engagement and conversion.
  • Data-driven with strong operational skills including attribution, forecasting, and campaign reporting.
  • Proficient in marketing and sales tech stack such as Salesforce, HubSpot, 6sense, Outreach.
  • Excellent collaborator with history of aligning tightly with Sales, SDR, and Marketing leadership.
