Location: Hybrid from Foster City, CA (In-office on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday)

Compensation: $180K - $250K

What you will do

• Design and run A/B/n tests to improve key metrics.
• Ship full-stack growth features including onboarding flows and pricing UX.
• Build growth infrastructure for experiments and user targeting.
• Collaborate with Design, Data, Product, Marketing, and Sales teams.
• Ensure a healthy user funnel through anti-abuse measures.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in building user-facing products.
• Full-stack experience with TypeScript, React, and backend APIs.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with SQL.
• Experience with experimentation platforms and cohort analysis.
• Ability to prototype quickly and validate with users.

Nice to have

• Experience in product-led growth in devtools or AI products.
• Familiarity with LLM/agents and SEO systems.
• Prior work on enterprise trials and sales-assist workflows.
