Frontend Software Engineer (React)

Base salary: $164,200–$229,900 USD per year

What you will do

• Partner with Product Management, Product Design, Data Science, and client engineers to translate user and business needs into reliable, low-latency solutions.
• Own the full software lifecycle for major consumer product initiatives, from technical design and API contracts through development, testing, rollout, and observability.
• Design, build, and evaluate A/B experiments using behavioral, conversion, and retention data.
• Build and maintain scalable GraphQL, REST, and gRPC APIs and distributed services optimized for consumer interfaces.
• Improve engineering practices and developer workflows, mentor teammates, and use AI-assisted tools to accelerate delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on development experience with large-scale distributed systems and high-concurrency environments.
• Proficiency in one or more frontend-focused languages, including JavaScript, TypeScript, or ES6.
• Experience with a frontend framework such as Lit, Polymer, React, Vue, or Angular, together with CSS.
• User-centric, hypothesis-driven approach to product development and experimentation.
• Strong communication skills and experience driving cross-functional alignment in remote or hybrid environments.
