What you will do

• Work directly with customers to understand their workflows and needs.
• Design and implement solutions that integrate with hirify.global.
• Translate insights from real usage into foundational platform improvements.
• Own projects end-to-end from idea to shipping.
• Shape the Forward Deployed Engineering function at hirify.global.
• Contribute to core product strategy and technical decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in building and shipping full-stack products.
• Proficiency in modern frontend (React/TypeScript) and robust backend development.
• Strong architectural thinking and familiarity with distributed systems.
• Ability to rapidly prototype and learn from real usage.
• Exceptional product intuition and user collaboration skills.
• Comfort in high-ambiguity, high-agency environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with agentic AI systems or LLMs.
• Led zero-to-one product development.
