Focus on creating high-leverage content, leading community programs, and driving measurable improvements in onboarding to activation conversion.

Location: San Francisco, United States

Salary: $180000–$200000

hirify.global is a startup creating the shift to voice as humanity’s default interface with a highly configurable platform for deploying voice agents and a rapidly growing developer community.

What you will do

  • Learn the full hirify.global platform and map the developer journey while engaging with the community across Discord, GitHub, and X.
  • Create and ship high-leverage content such as examples, demos, and guides to improve documentation and onboarding.
  • Lead launches and community programs to become the visible face of hirify.global for developers.
  • Drive measurable improvements in onboarding to activation conversion rates.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams.

Requirements

  • Location: Based in San Francisco, United States
  • English: Proficient communication skills required
  • Ability to write code and think like a developer.
  • Strong communication skills for creating developer experiences through docs, content, and examples.
  • Comfortable with public speaking, teaching, presenting, and community engagement.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-agency environments.

Nice to have

  • Experience with voice platforms or developer communities.
