What you will do
- Build long-term customer relationships and act as a strategic partner.
- Collaborate with onboarding managers to ensure customer success from the start.
- Drive product adoption by positioning hirify.global products to key stakeholders.
- Educate customers on effective API usage and troubleshoot inquiries.
- Identify growth potential for up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Proactively mitigate customer risk, manage renewals, and achieve quarterly targets.
Requirements
- Relevant experience managing client relationships at senior levels.
- Proven track record in customer success, retention, sales, or account management.
- Experience with APIs and a comfort level in working with customers who integrate solutions.
- Proficiency in Spanish is ideal; knowledge of Portuguese and French is beneficial.
- Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a startup environment with a curious mindset.
