What you will do
- Own the customer journey from contract through onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion.
- Identify customer needs, solve problems, and ensure continuous value from hirify.global.
- Partner with Account Managers to support renewals and upsell opportunities.
- Coordinate closely with technical, training, and support teams to deliver resources effectively.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing insights and feedback on processes and customer experience.
Requirements
