TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (Data Analytics, AI): Supporting customers throughout their journey with hirify.global's data analytics and AI platform, with an accent on identifying needs, solving problems, and ensuring consistent value. Focus on fostering long-term partnerships, collaborating with account managers for growth, and coordinating cross-team resources.

Location: Remote (US) or onsite in Austin, TX. Relocation benefits are not offered for this position.

What you will do

  • Own the customer journey from contract through onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion.
  • Identify customer needs, solve problems, and ensure continuous value from hirify.global.
  • Partner with Account Managers to support renewals and upsell opportunities.
  • Coordinate closely with technical, training, and support teams to deliver resources effectively.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing insights and feedback on processes and customer experience.

Requirements

  • Customer-centric mindset, valuing trust, value, and clear communication.
  • Ability to build relationships and navigate complex organizations to connect with stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams.
  • Highly organized and resilient, capable of managing multiple accounts and priorities.
  • Emotionally intelligent, bringing empathy and constructive challenge.
  • Ideally, prior experience in customer success at a software or SaaS company, or a strong customer-first mindset.
