What you will do

  • Own post-sales relationships for indirect customers, supporting a book of business sold through reseller and partner channels.
  • Drive product adoption, value realization, and long-term retention through partner-delivered implementations and enablement.
  • Act as the strategic liaison between hirify.global’s Customer Success and Partner teams, ensuring alignment and consistent customer experience.
  • Collaborate with Partner Managers to develop shared success plans for key accounts.
  • Build and iterate on internal processes, documentation, and engagement models that support partner-driven CSM motions at scale.
  • Identify gaps in the post-sales partner experience and advocate for partner-specific customer needs to influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, with at least 2 years focused on Partner Success in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience supporting indirect customer relationships (e.g., via resellers, marketplaces, or MSPs).
  • Strong process-building skills and excitement about helping stand up new workflows and systems.
  • Comfortable owning customer relationships end-to-end, even when delivery is through partners.
  • Empathy, business acumen, and clear communication skills to influence cross-functionally and externally.
  • Curiosity and a willingness to learn and apply AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact.
