TL;DR

Senior Customer Success Manager - Strategic (EdTech): Owning the customer lifecycle for strategic accounts, ensuring adoption and renewal, and achieving business value. Focus on anticipating customer needs, building lasting relationships at CXO level, and leveraging technical aptitude for successful deployments and utilization in a SaaS EdTech environment.

Location: Remote (USA). Applicants within 45 miles of Westlake/Dallas, TX offices are expected to work hybrid (on-site Tuesday-Thursday, remote Monday/Friday).

Salary: $140,000-$175,000 USD

What you will do

  • Own the customer lifecycle for strategic accounts, ensuring mutual success, adoption, and growth.
  • Address customer technical inquiries or direct them to appropriate resources.
  • Onboard customers, drive full adoption, and ensure they derive total value from their membership.
  • Monitor accounts using provided tools to measure customer experience, health, and utilization.
  • Build lasting relationships and achieve trusted status with customers, including C-Level.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to execute customer success plans and growth strategies.
  • Prepare and facilitate business review meetings, trainings, webinars, and demos.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of progressive customer success experience or similar field (sales, pro services, consulting, technical enablement).
  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Significant experience working with Gainsight & Salesforce.
  • Experience implementing new processes within customer success.
  • Experience in workforce development, skills-based learning, or EdTech.
  • Understanding of SaaS environment with its respective opportunities, benefits, and challenges.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
