What you will do

• Lead fraud risk strategy projects including detection, risk analysis, and loss mitigation.
• Design, create, and execute complex analytical control strategies in collaboration with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain risk strategy frameworks and automated monitoring rules to respond to evolving fraud trends.
• Build advanced SQL/Python scripts and performance dashboards for monitoring and diagnostics.
• Partner cross-functionally to design strategies across the lifecycle and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• Must have authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• 3+ years experience in fraud risk control strategy in eCommerce or online payments using data science and analytics.
• Strong skills in SQL, Python, Tableau, and advanced analytics techniques.
• Experience leading projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to develop and refine risk strategies and predictive models aligned with business KPIs.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.

Nice to have

• Experience applying AI and LLMs to accelerate data science workflows.
• Knowledge of experimental design, fraud typologies, and data/control governance.
