Salary: $95,000–$142,400, $100,500–$150,700, $106,100–$159,100, or $111,700–$167,500 USD annually, depending on the U.S. market zone.

What you will do

• Build scalable AI-powered data tools, agents, automations, ETL pipelines, dashboards, and machine learning models.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Operations to support data-driven decisions.
• Measure and optimize payment platform success rates, cost efficiency, performance, and risk.
• Design, run, and analyze experiments and independently research business questions.
• Design, implement, maintain, and improve data systems, cloud infrastructure, and tooling.
• Translate open-ended business needs into practical data solutions and operationalize data processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field with a strong academic record.
• Internship experience working with code.
• Experience analyzing large datasets with SQL and Python.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate development, improve workflows, and automate processes.
• Strong analytical expertise, business acumen, and communication skills with non-technical partners.
• Knowledge of systems architecture and cloud infrastructure.
