Location: Remote across the US with offices in New York City, San Francisco, and Seattle. New York or San Francisco-based preferred.

Salary: $145,000–$290,000 OTE

What you will do

• Own and maintain strong relationships with top partners including Fortune 100 companies and leading studios and agencies.
• Understand partner pain points and propose AI-driven solutions to transform content creation.
• Identify and prototype new markets and opportunities for hirify.global’s products.
• Develop deep technical knowledge of products and roadmap to support partners effectively.
• Onboard new partners to the platform and API, supporting their long-term expansion.
• Provide impactful feedback to Product, Engineering, and Creative teams to improve partner experience.
• Analyze and report partnership performance using BI tools and data.

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years in customer-facing roles engaging C-level technical audiences in complex global organizations.
• Experience leading implementations of Generative AI or ML solutions with measurable business impact.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong ownership.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills for executive engagement.
• High technical aptitude for understanding complex technologies and systems.
• Experience with data tooling and BI systems such as SQL, BigQuery, and Retool.
• Preferred location: New York or San Francisco.
