Director of Architecture (Business Architecture)

Director of Architecture (Business Architecture): Supporting business architecture initiatives across Fidelity Wealth and Brokerage by building capability maps, defining target architectures, and delivering technical products. Focus on driving standardization, championing innovation, and collaborating with business and technology leadership.

Location: Hybrid (onsite every other week)

What you will do

• Develop and support architecture processes across the organization.
• Work closely with business leadership, product owners, architects, and engineers.
• Champion innovation and drive standardization in technology patterns.
• Contribute to product roadmap evolution aligned with business goals.
• Coordinate with product owners to ensure alignment on technology goals.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in engineering/developing web-enabled applications.
• Experience with Agile development methodology.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud computing and Micro-Service Architecture.
• Working knowledge of an architecture framework (e.g., TOGAF).
• Proficiency in Java, .net, JavaScript, Angular, and Typescript.
