What you will do

• Architect and deliver scalable, high-performance products with deep understanding of frontend and backend architectures.
• Lead the integration of AI/ML systems, including real-time and batch inference on AWS.
• Implement MLOps best practices for model lifecycle management, monitoring, and data engineering pipelines.
• Drive cross-team adoption of AI-driven automation and coding assistants to accelerate development.
• Provide technical roadmap and vision while mentoring teams on best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to communicate complex technical solutions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software development experience building commercial applications.
• Demonstrated experience with AWS, Serverless, Microservices, and CI/CD.
• Strong data engineering skills for building scalable pipelines and data models.
• Experience deploying and integrating ML systems or AI-enabled applications (LLM/RAG) in production.
• Proficiency in using AI-powered coding agents within the software development lifecycle.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Experience building agent-based workflows and vector databases.
• Knowledge of machine-readable knowledge graphs or ontologies.
• Background in high-velocity engineering environments prioritizing AI-assisted development.
