Compensation Range: $136.4K - $217K

What you will do

• Manage and build a team of Fraud Operations Specialists.
• Develop understanding of hirify.global’s risk management policies.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams.
• Leverage data and analytics to improve operational efficiency.
• Research emerging fraud trends.
• Coordinate and respond to incidents as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in risk management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience building and managing teams.
• Strong background in process development and improvement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience integrating AI into daily work.
• Experience in related industries.

Nice to have

• Experience with Regulation E, NACHA & Visa Core rules.
• Experience with Zendesk and Retool.
• Experience in high-growth startups.
