What you will do

• Develop and execute global digital marketing and CRM strategies across multiple channels including Google, Meta, and email marketing.
• Lead personalization and marketing automation efforts using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Consumer Data Platform tools.
• Manage and develop an international team of channel experts in performance marketing, paid social, CRM, and retention.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with content, UX, merchandising, and brand marketing teams to optimize digital experience.
• Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators to guide continuous improvement.
• Support regional markets with tailored digital strategies aligned with global brand objectives.

Requirements

• Location: Based in or able to work in Munich, Germany
• Deep expertise in full-funnel digital marketing and leadership experience managing teams or functions.
• Proven track record in performance marketing, direct-to-consumer CRM, and email marketing.
• Experience with Google Analytics 4, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Meta Ads Manager.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
