What you will do

• Manage 7-10 members and lead cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with engineering, validation, production, and sales teams for product development.
• Engage with partners to grow business revenue.
• Support sales teams in technical fields of server system practices.
• Develop training materials for internal and external presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business management.
• 15+ years of experience, including 5+ years in team building and product management.
• Hands-on experience in server, IOT, rack, or data center fields.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Willingness to travel 10% of the time.
