Salary: $143,000–$210,000

What you will do
- Define and own PeopleTech product vision, strategy, and roadmap across HRIS, ATS, Sourcing, L&D, Compensation, and Performance platforms.
- Lead end-to-end product delivery including discovery, scoping, prioritization, execution, launch, and continuous improvement.
- Drive lifecycle automation for onboarding, offboarding, access provisioning, payroll/benefits data flows, and manager self-service using integration platforms and APIs.
- Partner with HRIS and Systems Engineering to implement secure, reliable integrations with platforms like Workday, Greenhouse, and Okta.
- Establish telemetry, monitoring, incident workflows, and operational playbooks for PeopleTech jobs and integrations.
- Collaborate with Security and Compliance teams to design controls and support audit readiness aligned with SOX and SOC 2 frameworks.
Requirements
- Location: Must be able to work hybrid in one of the specified US office locations (Livingston, NJ; New York, NY; Sunnyvale, CA; Bellevue, WA).
- 5-10 years of product management experience with enterprise applications or PeopleTech/HR Technology.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS, ATS, IAM domains and processes including HCM, compensation, benefits/payroll, recruiting, and access provisioning.
- Strong technical acumen with APIs, event-driven patterns, data mapping, validation, and reliability principles.
- Experience collaborating with HR, Finance, IT, and Security on privacy, data governance, and compliance (e.g., SOX).
- Excellent communication skills bridging technical and business audiences.
Nice to have
- Workday experience including security, reporting, business processes, and integrations; Workday certifications a plus.
- Experience with GenAI augmentation of internal workflows and safe deployment patterns.
- Familiarity with collaboration suites like Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft 365, and GRC/compliance tooling.
