What you will do

• Serve as primary technical contact for customers, building strong relationships and ensuring success with hirify.global's cloud offerings.
• Collaborate with customers to design, prototype, and deploy customized Kubernetes and cloud solutions.
• Lead proof of concept initiatives and provide technical leadership in meetings and workshops.
• Work closely with engineering teams to influence product roadmap and contribute to product enhancements.
• Conduct technical reviews and optimize customer workloads for performance and efficiency.
• Represent hirify.global at industry events and lead R&D efforts for emerging products.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. person or eligible to access export controlled information per U.S. Government regulations.
• Proven experience as a solutions architect or technical account manager in cloud infrastructure.
• Strong expertise in Kubernetes, cloud computing architecture, and AI/ML workloads.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with NVIDIA GPUs, Slurm workload manager, and high-performance networking technologies.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.

• Experience with distributed training and inference workloads.
• Knowledge of networking engineering and cloud infrastructure security.
