What you will do

• Design and implement cutting-edge HPC, Cloud, and AI/ML solutions for Healthcare, Life Sciences, and Media verticals.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify, qualify, and close technical sales opportunities.
• Lead the development of technical responses for RFIs and RFPs to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Conduct high-level product presentations focusing on solution architecture and design capabilities.
• Liaise between sales and internal technical staff (Product Management, Operations, Engineering) to define system requirements.
• Travel 25-50% within the assigned sales region to promote solutions against competitors.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of technical sales experience with a proven track record of closing deals.
• Strong expertise in cloud technologies, specifically Openstack and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in Linux and cloud automation tools like Ansible or CloudFormation.
• Design experience with Ethernet and InfiniBand networking, including switch and fabric configurations.
• Deep knowledge of parallel, block, file, and object storage technologies.
• Must be based in the US Pacific Time Zone (West Coast).

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of High Performance Computing (HPC) and AI infrastructure stacks.
• Experience with data center infrastructure and Linux cluster optimization.
• Familiarity with distributed file systems such as Lustre, GPFS/ESS, VAST, WekaIO, or CEPH.
