What you will do

• Manage a team of 5+ Applied AI and ML Engineers working on enterprise AI solutions.
• Train and deploy state-of-the-art AI models including LLMs and multi-modal content understanding models.
• Collaborate with product and research teams to identify and develop new AI services.
• Integrate human feedback and assisted evaluation into AI products.
• Work closely with sophisticated ML customers to prototype and build deep learning models.

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in San Francisco, CA or New York, NY, USA
• 3+ years experience in model training, deployment, and maintenance in production.
• 1-2 years management or technical leadership experience.
• Strong skills in NLP, LLMs, deep learning, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP for ML model development.
• Advanced degree (PhD or Masters) in Computer Science or related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with large-hirify.global problems, especially generative AI.
• Expertise in vision-language models for real-world applications.
• Published research in top ML conferences or journals.
• Proficiency with ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, DeepSpeed, Kubeflow.
