What you will do

• Design and implement a scalable multi-tenant control plane for AI storage.
• Develop exabyte-scale, S3-compatible object storage and distributed file systems.
• Optimize storage performance using technologies like RDMA and InfiniBand.
• Collaborate with operations teams to monitor and improve storage systems.
• Work cross-functionally to deliver seamless storage capabilities.
• Mentor engineers on building distributed, high-performance systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in storage systems engineering.
• Strong experience with object storage or distributed filesystems.
• Proficiency in a systems programming language (Go, C, Rust).
• Familiarity with cloud-native infrastructure and Kubernetes.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
