What you will do

• Build and optimize reliable system software for large-scale compute systems running demanding AI workloads
• Design and operate infrastructure across accelerators, CPUs, NICs, switches, and cluster orchestration
• Profile and benchmark training workloads to resolve compute, memory, and networking bottlenecks
• Develop hardware-aware automation for provisioning, firmware upgrades, and incident response
• Create CaaS, agent infrastructure, and platform tools to streamline workload debugging and optimization
• Collaborate across research, engineering, and hardware teams to enhance compute capacity and usability

Requirements

• Strong software engineering skills with experience building and operating production infrastructure systems
• Expertise in distributed systems, operating systems, networking protocols (RDMA, NCCL), Kubernetes, or GPU infrastructure
• Ability to debug complex system behavior across software, hardware, and workload layers
• Comfort with ambiguity, strong ownership, and a bias toward practical, durable solutions
• Interest in infrastructure that directly enables frontier AI research and product impact
