Location: Fully remote within the U.S.

Salary: $185,000 - $205,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Manage and enhance Service Cloud and Sales Cloud environments and lead Salesforce integrations and administration.
• Consult on architectural approaches and collaborate with product and development teams.
• Lead business and functional analysis, project management, and risk analysis for Salesforce projects.
• Develop custom data input screens, reports, dashboards, validation rules, and workflows.
• Manage data migration, cleansing, user roles, security, and training for Salesforce users.
• Participate in cross-functional teams addressing CRM, marketing, and sales operations and manage outsourced implementation partners.

Requirements

• Must be fully remote within the U.S.
• 10+ years IT experience with 6+ years as Salesforce lead and architect supporting enterprise users.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Communities, Apex triggers, and custom code.
• Experience leading offshore teams and strong communication and organizational skills.
• Reliable high-speed internet and ability to travel up to 10%.
• Not eligible for sponsorship.
