What you will do

• Lead Salesforce initiatives from design through delivery, owning architecture, technical integrity, and code quality.
• Design, implement, and test complex solutions using configuration, Apex, Lightning, integrations, and analytics.
• Drive CI/CD, DevOps, automated testing, code reviews, and release processes.
• Collaborate with IT Manager, Product teams, MuleSoft, Data, Security, and Infrastructure teams on dependencies and integrations.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, establish engineering standards, and foster a culture of excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
• 7+ years professional software development; 5+ years hands-on Salesforce across multiple clouds.
• Proven experience designing and owning Salesforce architecture in enterprise/multi-team environments.
• Expertise in Sales/Service/Marketing Clouds, MuleSoft, Apex, Lightning Web Components/UI, Flows, SOQL/SQL, HTML/CSS/JS, integrations (REST/SOAP), DevOps/CI/CD tools, SFDX/Git.
• Demonstrated technical leadership, mentoring, and influencing without direct management.
