What you will do

  • Respond to inbound support requests via email, live chat, and forums.
  • Triage bugs and requests based on severity and customer type.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to troubleshoot issues.
  • Track responses to ensure SLAs are met.
  • Identify trends in user messages to improve documentation.
  • Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation for support.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of programming experience.
  • Proficiency in Python.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks (Keras, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Strong organizational skills for managing support requests.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a self-directed environment.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in machine learning.
  • Customer service experience in a technical SaaS environment.
  • Experience with Docker, AWS, GCP, Azure.
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes or cloud infrastructures.
