What you will do

• Partner with sales in pre-sales engagements to design solutions for hirify.global Lumi.
• Lead technical discovery and pilot deployments, ensuring customer alignment.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and build customer trust through expertise.
• Collaborate with product management to influence the Lumi roadmap.
• Help achieve revenue targets set by the company.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with observability, SIEM, or analytics platforms.
• Strong knowledge of observability architectures and tools, especially Splunk.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and programming languages.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
