What you will do

• Own and lead the Global Architecture & UX Process reporting to VP R&D
• Manage department budget within the hirify.global Innovation Function
• Plan and develop architecture and building block roadmaps aligned with strategic plans
• Define and develop common UX frameworks integrated into global product architecture
• Collaborate with global Product, Solution Management, and Engineering teams
• Empower and grow a team of architects and UX designers

Requirements

• Location: Based in EMEA region with occasional international travel
• English: Fluent proficiency required
• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 6+ years in architecture and technical interface design with research or advanced development background
• 3+ years in a global leadership role across multiple countries
• Excellent communication and diplomatic skills
