• Mentor junior UX designers and foster design excellence.
• Manage UX workflow for product areas, ensuring consistency with design system and contributing to its evolution.

Requirements

• 7+ years in UX design with strong portfolio showcasing problem-solving and process.
• Proficiency in user research, interaction design, information architecture.
• Ability to align user needs with business goals and communicate to stakeholders.
• Understanding of technical constraints across platforms.
• Expertise with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Degree in HCI, Computer Science, UX, or related field.
