What you will do

• Design and implement UI layouts, menus, and HUD in Unreal Engine 5.
• Create UX flows prioritizing clarity, usability, and accessibility.
• Follow and expand art direction for icons, typography, and graphics.
• Collaborate with designers, artists, and engineers for seamless UI/UX integration.
• Develop accessibility features like scalable text, colorblind palettes, and cues.
• Produce wireframes, prototypes, style guides, and optimize UI performance.

Requirements

• Proven UI/UX design experience for games, ideally Unreal Engine 5.
• Intermediate to senior experience level with strong portfolio.
• Knowledge of WCAG and Nintendo Switch accessibility standards.
• Strong graphic design fundamentals: composition, typography, hierarchy.
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Unreal UMG/Slate.
• Strong collaboration skills across time zones and cultures.

Nice to have

• Motion design or UI animation experience.
• Familiarity with localisation and multiple languages.
