What you will do

• Develop and execute strategic recruiting vision supporting company growth across technical and business functions.
• Own full recruiting lifecycle from planning to candidate sourcing, interviewing, and closing.
• Build and refine hiring processes ensuring fairness, consistency, and high standards.
• Represent and strengthen hirify.global’s talent brand externally through events and marketing collaboration.
• Advise leadership on talent market trends, compensation, and hiring strategies.
• Drive recruiting team performance using data and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Must have 7+ years recruiting experience in technical and business roles, preferably in high-growth SaaS startups.
• Strong English proficiency (B2 or higher) and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work remotely with preference for candidates based in New York, USA.
• Experience building scalable recruiting processes and systems.
• High emotional intelligence and business acumen.
• Proven ability to partner with executives and hiring managers effectively.
