What you will do
- Handle incoming support tickets and resolve 1st/2nd line issues.
- Manage workplace devices and maintain hardware inventory.
- Provide end-user support for hardware, software, and networking.
- Execute user onboarding and offboarding, including account management.
- Act as the primary contact for IT support company-wide.
- Proactively identify and implement workplace improvements.
Requirements
- Completed MBO or HBO degree in IT (or equivalent experience).
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
- Understanding network concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Strong communication skills in Dutch are mandatory.
- Regular travel between Alkmaar and Amsterdam locations is required.
- Willingness to take part in occasional on-call duties.
