Location: Hybrid with quarterly onsite work in Wrocław, Poland; remote when it makes sense

What you will do

• Own end-to-end paid acquisition planning, execution, optimization, and scaling.
• Architect scalable campaign structures aligned with trial and qualified lead goals.
• Manage pacing, forecasting, and budget efficiency with clear guardrails.
• Run funnel experiments and ship creative, audience, and landing page tests.
• Maintain tracking hygiene and enhance attribution quality using GA4, BigQuery, GTM, and UTMs.
• Deliver clear, actionable insights to inform decisions and improve CAC.

Requirements

• Must have 4–6+ years experience in paid acquisition for B2B SaaS.
• Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with ownership mindset.
• English proficiency at least B2 (job posted in English).
• Hybrid work model with quarterly onsite presence in Wrocław, Poland.
