What you will do
- Develop and execute a global sourcing vision and multi-year strategy aligned with financial and growth goals.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team, shaping sourcing policies for efficiency and risk mitigation.
- Build and scale a world-class procurement organization, attracting and developing top talent.
- Lead high-stakes negotiations for complex, global technology and services agreements.
- Drive digital transformation and automation across sourcing operations, leveraging platforms like Graphite and NetSuite.
- Deliver and exceed annual savings targets and process efficiencies through category management and spend analytics.
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive leadership in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, including 5+ years at the executive level.
- Deep experience in SaaS/software environments, including complex technology procurement and vendor management.
- Proven track record of driving strategic sourcing transformation and delivering measurable financial results.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills, able to influence C-suite and board-level stakeholders.
- Expertise in sourcing systems and financial modeling; ability to leverage data for decision-making.
- Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks related to procurement and contracting.
