Sourcing Specialist

Location: Hybrid (London, UK), work from KX office 2-3 days per week.

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of suppliers across Marketing, Operations, and Professional Services.
• Lead commercial evaluations, including contract review and pricing analysis.
• Coordinate with Legal, Risk, and Data Protection teams for negotiations.
• Maintain strong supplier and stakeholder relationships.
• Act as a PO gatekeeper in the Purchase2Pay system.

Requirements

• Prior Procurement experience, including reviewing contracts and contract negotiation.
• Degree (or equivalent) or experience of a Procurement Graduate scheme.
• Proven interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent command of MS tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong numeracy skills and commercially minded with proven experience of pricing negotiations.
• Knowledge and understanding of Sourcing processes and Procurement risks.

Nice to have

• Financial Services or Regulated Industry experience.
• Procurement process development and implementation experience.
• Experience working with AI and Procurement.
• Experience working with Procurement/P2P systems and DocuSign.
