Salary: $165,000 - $211,000 USD

What you will do

• Develop and maintain positive business relationships with suppliers, key stakeholders, and budget owners.
• Sponsor and lead high-complexity, mission-critical RFx initiatives.
• Lead and support complex commercial negotiations across software, SaaS, cloud, hardware, and professional services.
• Own and strengthen critical supplier relationships, resolving issues and driving continuous improvement.
• Lead the Travel and Expense function for the company.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies, procurement & travel policies, and governance across all spend categories.

Requirements

• Bachelor/Master’s Degree in business, information systems, or related field and 10+ years of direct experience in a strategic sourcing management role.
• 5+ years of experience leading a team.
• 10+ years of experience negotiating commercial contracts, preparing and redlining in word, for software and hardware licenses, professional services agreements, statements of work, SaaS, Cloud Subscriptions, and amendments to existing contracts.
• 10+ years of direct experience in a lead / principal role.
• Experience leading Travel and Expense function Globally.
• Ability to build contract price modelling using a fact-based data driven approach in Excel to provide sourcing recommendations.
