SAP Finance (FI/CO) Pre-Sales Consultant

What you will do

• Conduct customer discovery sessions to understand financial processes, challenges, and transformation goals.
• Design and present SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling solutions, demos, and proof-of-concepts.
• Prepare proposals, estimates, and RFP/RFI responses aligned with customer priorities.
• Collaborate with sales, architecture, and delivery teams on Public and Private Cloud deployment models and project roadmaps.
• Support RISE and GROW with SAP initiatives and connect customer objectives with SAP’s intelligent finance suite.
• Lead customer workshops and executive presentations, while supporting the transition from pre-sales to delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SAP Finance, Controlling consulting, or pre-sales.
• Strong understanding of Record-to-Report, Plan-to-Profit, Financial Planning & Analysis, and management reporting.
• Practical knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public or Private Edition and on-premise versus cloud deployment.
• Hands-on experience with at least 2 SAP S/4HANA projects involving solution design, demos, or pre-sales.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• English at C1+ level and willingness to travel occasionally, up to approximately 30%.

Nice to have

• SAP certification in Finance, Controlling, or S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
• Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud, BTP extensions, or integrations with non-SAP systems.
