What you will do

• Develop and manage strategic partnerships with banks, payment schemes, and financial institutions across APAC.
• Lead end-to-end partnership lifecycle including evaluation, negotiation, onboarding, and relationship management.
• Collaborate with Product, Legal, Compliance, Engineering, Operations, and Risk teams to implement partnership requirements.
• Act as intermediary between external partners and internal stakeholders to align commercial goals and regulatory expectations.
• Establish scalable operational processes ensuring compliance and service-level adherence.
• Provide strategic market insights and develop business cases for partnership investments and expansion.

Requirements

• Must have strong background in payments, fintech, or financial services with experience managing complex partnerships.
• Deep understanding of APAC market dynamics and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven negotiation skills and ability to manage high-stakes relationships.
• Excellent project management and analytical skills including financial modelling and risk assessment.
• Resourceful, proactive, and able to drive progress independently in ambiguous environments.
• High attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
