Salary: From 3,100 EUR gross monthly + variable 12% annual earnings

What you will do

• Coordinate and facilitate project activities ensuring alignment with client expectations, contract scope, budget, and timeline.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Presales, Sales, Fulfillment, and Service Delivery Partners.
• Act as primary client contact, providing regular project updates and addressing inquiries.
• Develop and maintain project documentation such as plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
• Identify and escalate project risks and issues, proactively finding resolution strategies.
• Ensure adherence to PMO governance and compliance guidelines.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Bratislava, Slovakia
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years experience in customer-facing project coordination in IT industry.
• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Project management certification (PMP, PMI) preferred.
