What you will do

• Drive and consolidate business management systems supporting sales segments.
• Support forecasting, identify gaps and opportunities, and recommend sales actions.
• Ensure daily business status visibility and manage operational efficiencies.
• Manage order prioritization and collaborate with supply chain and customer fulfillment.
• Support quarterly planning, quota setting, and interface with central functions.
• Drive process improvements and sales enablement initiatives within the segment.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Stuttgart or Essen (Germany) or Vienna (Austria)
• Language: Fluent English and Fluent German required
• Bachelor's degree minimum; master's preferred in business administration, computer science, or equivalent.
• Experience in corporate finance, sales operations, or global supply chain; IT sales experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.
