What you will do

• Design experiences that encourage real-life engagement beyond screens.
• Own end-to-end design strategy and execution for key parts of the platform.
• Lead discovery efforts including research, interviews, and data synthesis.
• Translate business objectives into effective product design opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Research teams.
• Mentor team members and provide constructive feedback to elevate design standards.

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years of product design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating deep craft and end-to-end product thinking on native mobile consumer products.
• Experience with booking or marketplace apps is a plus.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams through ambiguity and complexity.
• Strong product thinking and ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Location: United States based or eligible to work in the US.
