What you will do

• Lead design and execution of GTM programs driving engagement and adoption in startups
• Partner with events and developer experience teams for awareness through workshops and community programs
• Develop messaging, campaigns, and content for technical founders, executives, and developers
• Build and run competitive intelligence programs to identify opportunities and inform positioning

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work model with in-office anchor days in San Francisco, California
• 4-6 years experience in growth, community, or product marketing, preferably in AI or developer tooling
• Experience building and executing end-to-end programs for startups or developer communities
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills engaging founders and engineers
• Experience collaborating with sales to identify and engage target accounts
